Anna leads Echo’s client delivery having spent the last 10 years deeply embedded in Contract Express automation and project delivery roles. She has successfully implemented and delivered countless international projects working with some of the biggest names in the business from law firms to in-house legal teams alike.

An expert in multiple systems, she emanates an unassailable calm that reassures and unites project teams and stakeholders towards a collective solution-driven mindset.

Anna joins echo from Thomson Reuters where she was Software Solutions Director responsible for the strategic direction of professional services covering multiple product lines from the Thomson Reuters legal technology stack including Contract Express and HighQ DocAuto.

Anna is a graduate of Royal Holloway, University of London and BPP law school.
