Our team

Gail Swaffield studied Computer Science and earned a PhD in knowledge elicitation for expert systems.  She has over 20 years’ experience in legal technology and knowledge management.

She joined Echo from Clifford Chance LLP where she was Director of Knowledge Management Systems and instrumental in setting up the firm’s document automation team and associated working practices. Gail worked with lawyers across the firm to automate documents in multiple jurisdictions and practice areas.
