Getting Started

We start every engagement ensuring we understand not just your desired outcomes, but how they fit into the context of your organisation.

By starting with what success looks like for you, the problems you face and the barriers between the two, and working backwards, we can develop a tailored solution that works for you.

Once we’re clear on your goals, our kick-off meetings agree expectations and ensure we’re all aligned as to what the project will look like and the deliverables. We’re committed to transparency, and we keep you fully informed throughout the project to manage time and costs.

Delivery and beyond

Our tailored solutions mean delivery looks different for everyone. Depending on the length or complexity of the project, we implement interim meetings to adjust course, clarify points and navigate anything else that might arise along the way.

With larger projects we will plan phased delivery, to make sure you can engage with the development properly and in some cases start benefiting from the initial work, with rounds of amendment built into the project to give time for feedback. We’re focused on getting as much internal buy-in as possible so we can offer additional support if needed, such as demos and advice on best positioning, so that everyone is as excited for the project as we are.

Once the project is live, we’ll stay in touch - on hand whenever you need to, to help ensure your document automation is as successful as possible.
